Try restarting the Wacom Professional service

- Search and open Services in the start menu.

- Search Wacom Professional service.

- Restart it with your tablet plugged in.

- If the Wacom Desktop app opens it means it was reconized usually.

A lot of times if the tablet is not plugged in as the computer starts it will not be recognized.
