OK looks like the error is:

POST http://localhost:55200/test HTTP/1.1
content-type: application/json
{
    "cname": "weile"
}

where as this is OK:

POST http://localhost:55200/test HTTP/1.1
content-type: application/json

{
    "cname": "weile"
}
