Allow firewall on e2eSoft iVCam

Steps for windows 10:

1) Search for Firewall and network Protection

2) Press allow an app through firewall

3) Find e2eSoft iVCam and mark it

4) Press Details then network types

5) Allow private and public connections

6) Press Ok

7) Attempt to connect again, it should work now
